Expertly maintaining consistency and uniformity in paints and coatings

Many industrial paints and coatings are made up of several parts, which require a homogenous mixture to be maintained prior to packaging. Improper mixing can lead to inadvertent chemical reactions and poor performance of the mixture.

While mixing can seem like a simple task, the impact it can have on a mixture’s performance is significant— and this is something we do not take lightly. We understand the importance and complexity of this industry and have diligently worked to develop systems that perform safely and effectively.

Our systems are designed with our customers’ specific needs and high standards in mind. While some simple turbine units are adequate for paints and coatings, some viscous products require our gate mixers. For others, transhear emulsifiers are used to wet out fine powdered pigments for thorough mixing. Our systems can also be made to suit all ATEX zones as well as pressure/non-pressure vessels.
