Shampoo bubbles

Normally you would want and expect to have a nice rich foam when washing with shampoo. This is why shampoos are designed to give the luxurious lather when being used.

Unfortunately this is a problem when it comes to manufacture as any bubbles in the shampoos when packaging means only half filled bottles. Transkem have supplied many anchor mixers for such projects which allows good mixing in the vessels but with minimum shear to keep any aeration to a minimum. The same can be said for face creams and most viscous liquid manufacture.

Transkem have designed hundreds of mixers to suit these applications - from bottom entry mixers to simple gate mixers to the ultimate contra rotating mixer. All of these units can be designed to keep aeration to a minimum but still retain good mixing and be the perfect aid to heat transfer.
